Guided by Streetlight Taco’s bar manager, Lauren Pizzo, you’ll learn how to shake, stir, and build two vibrant summer cocktails featuring premium tequila, fresh seasonal ingredients, and Monin’s new TruFlavour collection.
In this class, we’ll teach you how to craft two playful tequila cocktails: the Sol y Melón (Don Fulano tequila, Monin TruFlavour Watermelon, cantaloupe, makrut lime leaf honey, olive oil & a salt rim) and the Cucumber-Honeydew Cooler (Don Fulano tequila, Monin TruFlavour Cucumber, honeydew, cilantro, lemongrass, orange & apple).
You’ll learn the techniques behind each drink, make them yourself, and enjoy the cocktails you’ve created.
