Guided by Streetlight Taco’s bar manager, Lauren Pizzo, you’ll learn how to shake, stir, and build two seasonal cocktails featuring premium tequila, warm fall flavors, and Monin syrups.
In this class, we’ll teach you how to craft two playful tequila cocktails: the Pecan Old Fashioned (tequila, black pepper, pecans, butterscotch, hazelnuts & cinnamon brittle) and the Apple Pie Mulled Wine Jalisco Sour (a riff on the New York Sour, with notes of pie crust, bay leaf, rhubarb & ginger).
You’ll learn the techniques behind each drink, make them yourself, and enjoy the cocktails you’ve created — all while getting into the flavors of fall.
